Follow these guidelines to provide a full description of each item.
Quantity Number of pieces, weight, footage or other unit of measure (ex:  25 pcs, 2000#, 1000ft).
Size Thickness & width, diameter, OD & Wall for Tube/Pipe, etc. (ex:  1/4" x 2", 1"OD 16ga Wall)
plus length (ex: 12ft, 17/24ftRandom, 24in).   Specify tolerance if other than standard U.S./ASTM.
Shape Ex: Plate, Sheet, Rd, Hx, Sq, Rect/Flat, Tube, Pipe, Angle, WF Beam
Grade Ex: Cold Finished 1018, Type 304, 6061-T6, Alloy 360
Metal Ex: Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass
Processing When applicable, specify type. Ex:  Burn, Shear, Saw, Galv, P&O, Polish, Tensile Test
Test Reports When required, specify: (1) Cert of Compliance, Range, Actual or Mill and (2) With shipment, fax, or mail.
Packaging For domestic shipments only. Ex: 2000# max bundles, box, skid.
International shipments, inquire.  (We do not load intermodal shipping containers.)
Shipping

Indicate if Will Call - available at Chgo IL, Detroit MI, Cincinnati OH, Milw WI, or St. Paul MN Dock.
Specify name of carrier when required.
Delivery Location Indicate delivery address.
Other Include pricing instructions (ex: combine items for price, price delivered), special specifications, & other requirements.
